Meat*1)将贵妃香酥G和素碳烤大豆叉烧分别炸至金黄色备用。加入姜片和香菇炒香,加水和调味料炒匀即可。ï2)将米洗净,放入瓦煲,加入清水以大火煮8分钟,转用中火继续煮20分钟。当瓦煲内的水干到面时,加入做法(1),加盖再焖3分钟,转小火再焖一会即可Ë1) Saute Veg. Princess Crispy G and Veg. Soya BBQ Meat deep fry until golden brown, remove aside. Add in ginger slices and chinese mushroom until fragrant, stir well with water and seasoning, dish up and remove a side.ï2) Wash rice, place into a claypot. Add in water, cook with high flame for 8 minutes, turn to medium flame, cook for another 20 minutes. Add in method (1), cover and cook with high flame for another 3 minutes. Remove & place into large clay pot. Pour in vinegar & water. Covered & bring to boil, reduce to low heat cook about 20 mins. Remove from heat, rest overnight.ï3) Blanch Veg. Lamb & other ingredients into boiling water. Drained & stir fry into preheated dry wok for a while. Add in rock sugar fry until sugar is dissolved & aromatic.ï4) Bring vinegar soup back to boil with (3), covered & cook 35 mins.
